Travis’s daily duties encompass a range of responsibilities, from conducting lease negotiations to managing and fostering relationships with clients and brokers. He also adeptly handles lease extensions, terminations, assignments, and dispositions. For each lease transaction, Travis employs a collaborative approach: he works closely with all parties involved to define business requirements, analyze potential opportunities, and devise strategies. With meticulous execution, he ensures solutions are in place that safeguard client interests.
