With 15 years at Childress Klein, Travis leads leasing for the firm’s office division, focusing primarily on suburban office properties. He creates tailored marketing programs that position each building and build new leasing relationships.

His work covers lease negotiations, extensions, terminations, assignments and dispositions, along with relationships with clients and brokers. On every transaction he works closely with all parties to define requirements, weigh options and protect his clients’ interests.

His portfolio spans CK’s suburban office properties across the Charlotte region, including 2115 Rexford and Esplanade in SouthPark, Kingsley Park, The Hub, Kenton Circle and The Nexus at Waverly, where he brought in TRI Pointe Homes’ regional office.

Travis holds a B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina. He serves on the board of the Charlotte Chamber’s Ballantyne chapter and on the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors’ Programs & Events Committee, and is a member of The Good Fellows Club.
