Maintenance Technician III (HVAC) | Charlotte, NC

As a Maintenance Technician III, you will primarily employ your specialized skills to service and maintain all equipment and HVAC systems, provide mentorship to junior technicians, and assume leadership roles within your area of expertise. Additionally, you will support superiors, maintain a clean workspace, foster positive tenant relationships, and report issues promptly. Your role is pivotal to the seamless operation and upkeep of the facility's systems and equipment.

Assistant Property Manager (Office) | Charlotte, NC

The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager in the management and supervision of property management services for 301 College Center. The main areas of responsibility will be day to day oversight and support of all property management, property administration and tenant service requests including supervision of third-party service vendors providing commercial property management services.

Accountant I (Retail) | Charlotte, NC

The Accountant I will perform the Retail division’s Accounts Payable function and complete related monthly tasks.

Parking Ambassador (Part-Time) | Charlotte, NC

The Parking Ambassador will ensure efficient operations of the parking facility by assisting and directing customers, informing parking management of problems and concerns, and performing maintenance and upkeep of parking equipment and records. This is a part-time/on-call position dependent on special events.
