Assistant Property Manager | (Uptown) Charlotte, NC

The Assistant Facility/Property Manager will assist the Senior Facility Manager and Facility Managers in the management and supervision of facility management services for a Class-A commercial high-rise office building. The main areas of responsibility include oversight and support of third party service vendors providing commercial facility management services, project and construction management, financial/accounting management and direct and indirect tenant support. This position will report to the Senior Facility Manager.

Desktop Support Technician II | Charlotte, NC

The Desktop Support Technician II will be responsible for supporting end-user I.T. desktops, notebooks, VoIP phones, handheld smart devices, printers and other hardware, operating systems and associated software. The Candidate will be the primary help desk technician with the ability to troubleshoot issues throughout the company as well as maintain regularly scheduled maintenance cycles on end-user I.T. hardware and software.

Tenant Services Coordinator | Atlanta, GA

The Tenant Service Coordinator primarily performs administrative and clerical work as related to tenant services for a city-wide portfolio and supports property management in other routine functions. The main responsibilities include answering the reception phone, responding to tenant requests, contract administration and administering the tenant work order system. This position is the frontline in customer service, and will identify trends in tenant work orders, and ensure metrics are being met with service requests.

Senior Property Manager | (550 S. Tryon) Charlotte, NC

he Senior Property/Facility Manager will oversee the property management and occupant services for a 1.3 million square foot office building and related retail properties located in uptown Charlotte, in support of a large financial services client. The main areas of responsibility will include oversight and support of in-house resources and third party service vendors to provide commercial facility management services, capital and project improvements, budgeting, and overall financial management. This position will report to the Regional Director of Facility Management.

The Accountant II will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of the divisions financial reporting.

Electrical Maintenance Technician II | Charlotte, NC

The Electrical Maintenance Technician II will complete tasks assigned within the employee's trade using the work experience, knowledge, skills, and ability of a skilled master in an electrical maintenance trade. This position supports the building maintenance program in a Class-A Office Building environment in Uptown Charlotte.

Critical Environments Technician (Data Center) | Charlotte, NC

The Critical Environments Technician (CET) will be responsible for supporting the administrative and critical facility aspects of a LEED Platinum, Class A commercial office building's corrective and preventative maintenance programs.

Maintenance Technician I | Charlotte, NC

The Maintenance Technician I will complete all assigned tasks that are within the general maintenance field by utilizing the developing knowledge, ability, skills and desire for growth of an apprentice technician.

Maintenance Technician II (DEC) | Charlotte, NC

The Maintenance Technician II will complete assigned maintenance tasks related to building maintenance using the work experience, knowledge, skills, ability and desire for growth of a skilled technician.

Maintenance Technician III | Charlotte, NC

The Maintenance Technician III will complete any task assigned within the employee's trade using the work experience, knowledge, skills, and ability of a master in their trade.

Parking Ambassador (Part-Time) | Charlotte, NC

The Parking Ambassador will ensure efficient operations of the parking facility by assisting and directing customers, informing parking management of problems and concerns, and performing maintenance and upkeep of parking equipment and records. This is a part-time/on-call position dependent on special events.

Application Support Analyst (Yardi) | Charlotte, NC

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for administration and configuration of business applications including: Yardi, SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications, and is accountable for identification and implementation of new processes in business applications. The analyst will interact with business unit stakeholders at all levels to identify productivity improvements and enhancements.
