Property/Facility Manager | (Uptown) Charlotte, NC

The Property / Facility Manager will oversee and be accountable for the day-to-day management of Two Wells Fargo Center. The job functions include responsibility for financial management and budgets, oversight of repairs and maintenance, direct oversight of service vendors, project management, client and occupant customer service and direct and indirect tenant support. This position will also provide direct assistance to the Senior Property Manager.

Construction Manager  | Charlotte, NC

The Construction Project Manager will provide internal support to the Industrial Division, as it relates to all pre-construction, construction, close-out and management aspects of new Industrial Division projects, tenant upfits, and capital improvements. This role offers a broad range of services to ensure that projects are performed in a timely, compliant, and profitable manner. This position is designed to provide additional level of management and to assist management in quality control by overseeing Consultants, General Contractor, Local Authorities, Owner Vendors, Subcontractors, and Tenants to ensure desired results.

Property Management Assistant II | (Uptown) Charlotte, NC

The Property Management Assistant will provide direct assistance to the Central Charlotte Campus (Two Wells Fargo Center, Three Wells Fargo Center and other properties assigned to this portfolio) in support of the overall facility management program.

Shift Security Supervisor | (Uptown) Charlotte, NC

The Shift Security Supervisor will maintain control over the general shift operations, manage staff of contract and in-house security officers in order to complete the objectives of the assigned shift, and effectively communicate through verbal, written, and electronic communication via computers.

Application Support Analysis | (Uptown) Charlotte, NC

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for administration and configuration of business applications including: Yardi, SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications, and is accountable for identification and implementation of new processes in business applications. The analyst will interact with business unit stakeholders at all levels to identify productivity improvements and enhancements.

Parking Coordinator | (Uptown) Charlotte, NC

The Parking Coordinator will be responsible for administering parking requests and other services to monthly parkers, tenants, and customers of Childress Klein managed parking facilities, as well as providing administrative support to the on-site parking staff and building management.

Parking Ambassador | Charlotte, NC

The Parking Ambassador will ensure efficient operations of both above and below ground parking facilities in the Charlotte Central Business District. The ambassador will assist and direct customers with the parking needs, questions, and payment methods. The ambassador will work closely with parking management to keep them informed of problems and concerns originating in the parking facilities and performing maintenance and upkeep of parking equipment and records.

Critical Environments Technician | Charlotte, NC

The Critical Environments Technician is responsible for the administrative and critical facility aspects of a LEED certified commercial office building’s corrective and preventative maintenance programs.

Maintenance Technician III | Charlotte, NC

The Maintenance Technician III will complete any task assigned within the employee's trade using the work experience, knowledge, skills, and ability of a master in their trade.

Maintenance Technician II | (Uptown) Charlotte, NC

The Maintenance Technician II will respond to tenant service requests and preventive maintenance work orders in a Class-A suburban office setting environment. Primary duties include troubleshooting, repairing, and providing service as needed to maintain office space and associated equipment. 

Maintenance Technician II | (North) Charlotte, NC

The Maintenance Technician II will complete assigned maintenance tasks related to building maintenance using the work experience, knowledge, skills, ability, and desire for growth of a skilled technician. This employee will be reporting to our North Charlotte location.
