Proficient in identifying and securing new development opportunities, Jon’s strategic vision combines with the collaborative strength of the industrial partners, maintaining a sharp focus on client-centric solutions and meticulously planned projects.

Jon brings a distinct blend of construction passion and love for the outdoors to his work at Childress Klein. A Wisconsin native, Jon’s extensive career trajectory includes roles as project manager for both a cold storage industrial contractor and an industrial contractor, a managerial role overseeing new store construction for Kohl’s, and as the director of operations at a real estate development and construction firm.

Since joining Childress Klein, Jon has become an integral figure within the industrial division, concentrating on developing various sized industrial buildings and industrial parks for lease throughout the southeast. Offering comprehensive project and construction management services, he is consistently recognized for delivering tailored solutions that ensure meticulous planning and execution for our clients.

In his role as Director of Industrial Development, Jon continues to drive the company’s business expansion — a significant responsibility considering the growth of our land holdings along with the further entitlement and development work necessary to bring these sites into fruition. In addition, he actively engages with the other industrial partners to identify and secure new business opportunities.
