Childress Klein Announces New Leadership: Gareth Scott Promoted to Partner of Office and Retail Divisions

In his previous role as Director of Investment Management, Gareth oversaw new property acquisitions as well as provided asset management for Childress Klein’s office portfolio. His experience encompasses acquisitions, leasing, financial management, development and leading renovation and capital projects.
