As the Division Partner of Childress Klein’s Office and Retail Division, Gareth is dedicated to capitalizing on opportunities within the office and retail sectors, along with selective acquisitions, to drive future growth. His leadership reinforces the firm’s commitment to developing best-in-class projects that positively impact the community. 

Gareth is dedicated to aligning each project with the owner’s objectives, enhancing overall asset value, and delivering best-in-class results, while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets. He excels in developing and maintaining active working relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange to prevent costly delays and unnecessary rework.

Before joining Childress Klein, Gareth served as an infantry officer in the army, performing missions in the Middle East and Africa with both the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions. He then transitioned to Charlotte, working as a project manager for Charlotte Pipe and Foundry. Here, he managed process and capital improvement projects for the company’s largest production plants, with the primary objective of increasing and maximizing capacity utilization.

Gareth’s military discipline and initiative offer a unique perspective to his work at CK. “I’m invigorated by the fact that each project is distinct, and while the financials need to align, there isn’t a single, rigid formula for project success. The opportunity to tangibly experience the fruits of my labor and contribute to creating a vibrant hub in the community is what truly inspires me,” says Gareth.
