Acting in dual roles at Childress Klein as Division Partner and Director of Brokerage Services, Ryan leverages his problem-solving skills, personalized service approach, and broad market knowledge to provide exceptional team oversight. With an understanding of the local market and commitment to work closely with each client and identify their unique requirements, Ryan stands out for his second-to-none negotiation ability helping tenants avoid mistakes and finding them the right space.

During his tenure, Ryan has made significant contributions to our portfolio, successfully executing over 200 transactions totaling a remarkable transaction volume of over $160 million. His expertise in uncovering hidden market opportunities, providing expert negotiation assistance, and delivering honest and effective advice has established him as a highly sought-after market expert.
