Gordon is Managing Partner of Childress Klein’s Atlanta office, guiding the growth of the firm’s regional development and management practice with more than four decades of experience.

One of CK’s founding partners, Gordon first led the Office Division in Charlotte. Projects included the one-million-square-foot First Union headquarters (now One Wells Fargo Center) and LakePointe, a 175-acre campus with 2.2 million square feet of office space, hotels, restaurants and a day care center.

Since moving to Atlanta, he has developed more than a million square feet of suburban office in Alpharetta, two 450,000-square-foot towers at the Galleria and projects including 5009 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, headquarters of eLab Solutions. He works closely with clients and end users to deliver projects that meet their needs and strengthen the surrounding community.
