With a passion for both construction and architecture, Chris is responsible for identifying new industrial sites, developing new buildings, and leasing newly completed buildings for the industrial division at Childress Klein.
Chris is highly regarded for his expertise in determining what matters most to the client, and proposing customized solutions that increase speed to market with predictable outcomes in both cost and time. With a proven record of project delivery success, Chris prides himself on delivering the best value for our clients without sacrificing design and functionality.
Outside the office, Chris considers himself an exercise nut, and prefers hiking in the mountains rather than going to the beach. He is also highly active in volunteer work and was previously on the board for Loaves and Fishes, Child Care Resources, and the YMCA Charlotte.
