For more than 30 years, we have been fortunate to partner with some of the best tenants, service providers, clients and owners in the Charlotte and Atlanta region. We are undeniably grateful for everyone who has worked with us throughout the last three decades — especially today as we navigate through these uncertain times.
Our retail division has been heavily impacted in the last few months, and our team has been working around the clock, to help everyone get back on their feet. In light of this, we wanted to take a moment to recognize one of our valued clients – David Royster, a 3rd generation owner that partners with CK to lease and manage his retail properties. In the midst of these challenging times, David chose to take time from his busy schedule to recognize our retail team for their efforts — by personally cooking us an incredible meal that he prepped all night and cooked himself. The idea that one of our clients in the face of crisis took his valuable time and selflessly tried to brighten someone else’s day – showing an amazing attitude of gratitude — is something that we should all try to emulate.
