As a Managing Partner of Childress Klein, Fred is responsible for providing executive leadership that consists of overseeing all firm policies and procedures, as well as day-to-day operations that help drive CK's business goals and priorities.
As a Multifamily Division Partner, Fred is responsible for the strategic positioning of Childress Klein’s multifamily developments, providing innovative design, overseeing development and operations and fostering new client opportunities. He is also a valued partner with experience managing and leasing commercial office space. This cross-market experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities our diverse clients face. In addition to the knowledge needed to lead the teams that will meet our clients’ evolving needs.
