Alex is a Leasing Associate in Childress Klein’s Industrial Division, handling leasing for properties including Arrowridge and Pine Brook.

Industrial leasing at CK means matching companies with the right warehouse, distribution and flex space across a portfolio of more than 13 million square feet. Alex works with brokers and prospective tenants from first inquiry to move-in: touring available buildings, preparing and negotiating proposals and leases, and coordinating with CK’s property management and construction teams so each space is ready on schedule. She also works with existing tenants as their space needs change.

Her background in construction project management at JLL gives her a practical edge. She understands building specifications, tenant improvements and construction timelines, and can speak to them credibly with tenants and brokers.

Inspired by her father’s move from England to the U.S., Alex believes “success in real estate comes from listening to the needs of clients and balancing the priorities of all stakeholders.” She is known for her organization, optimism and persistence.
