The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs’ 295,000-square-foot Charlotte Health Care Center recently won in several categories at the ABC’s Excellence in Construction Awards, which honors the nation’s most innovative and high quality construction projects.Developed by Childress Klein and Cambridge Development Group, the six-story VA Health Care Center Charlotte (VA HCC) is the VA’s largest and most advanced healthcare facility and is located on 35 acres near Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
