Our team targets office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties located throughout the Southeastern United States, and considers a wide variety of deal types ranging from Opportunistic to Value Add, Core Plus and Core investments.

Notable transactions include the acquisition of Kenton Circle Office Park in Huntersville, N.C., the acquisition of 6501 Weston Parkway in Cary, N.C., and acting as advisor in the sale of North Main Market in Summerville, S.C.
