Foundation Financial Group Signs Lease Renewal For 24,000 Square Feet in The Atlanta Galleria Office Park 02/16/12

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Foundation Financial Group, which maintains its mortgage operations headquarters in Atlanta, signed a seven-year lease to continue occupying 100 Galleria, where it has been a tenant since April 2003.

Colliers International Senior Vice Presidents Russ Jobson and Jeff Kelley represented Foundation Financial Group in the transaction. Connie Engel of Childress Klein Properties represented the landlord.

Galleria Office Park is a six-building office complex totaling more than 2 million square feet located at the crossroads of Interstates 75 and 285, and it provides convenient access to the city of Atlanta and its northern suburbs.

Construction Begins on UNC Wellness Center – Cary, NC 01/11/12

Childress Klein Properties and Pacolet Milliken Enterprises have partnered to develop UNC Hospital’s second wellness center in the Triangle area. Construction began this month on the 60,000 square foot facility and is scheduled to open in spring 2013.
