For the second year in a row, the owner and tenants at Childress Klein’s Kenton Circle office park held a three-week toy drive for Toys for Tots. The property management team and employees at the Childress Klein managed Lake Norman property donated 142 new, unwrapped toys that will be given as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the Charlotte community.

Toys for Tots toy drives, an event sponsored by the Marine Corps, occurs in communities in which a Marine Corps Reserve Unit is located or can be conducted by a Marine Corps League Detachment or group of men and women. Local Toys for Tots campaign coordinators conduct an array of activities throughout the year, including golf tournaments, foot races, bicycle races and other voluntary events designed to increase interest in Toys for Tots and generate toys and monetary donations.
